I'm Back!!

What a long weekend! I didn't get the chance to let you know I would be away, but I think you all are smart enough to realize it. My boyfriend's brother got married this weekend and my sweetie was the best man. He looked so handsome in his tux and did such an amazing job on his toast! I know he was super nervous, but everyone thought it was funny (it was supposed to be) and gave him a lot of great feedback. I love my boyfriend's family. He has a TON of cousins (I have 11 total and he has close to enough to field a football team) and most of them are around our age (mid- to late-20s). One of his cousins was also a groomsman, so I hung around with his wife the majority of the time. She is super sweet and makes me feel like part of the family. Overall it was a great time with some great people! The most awkward part of the weekend was when my boyfriend's mom came up to me at the reception and asked if he and I were the next in line to get married. I am not completely sure where that came from, as Ben just got a job and is not in a financial state to get married right now. Luckily some of the cousins were standing around and managed to get the subject changed before I had to figure out how to correctly answer that question.

Besides that, not much going on. Ben and I are going to go apartment hunting for him tomorrow (as he is supposed to be moving out of his place at the end of this month) and I am picking Bandit up from the kennel tomorrow. He was supposed to be bathed and have his nails clipped. He doesn't normally smell bad, but he has been trying to roll around in the grass a few times outside and I noticed a slight smell to him before I left. Ben and I have given him a couple baths before, but he HATES water, so he was not having any of it.

Well, I think I am going to try and get to bed and hopefully I will have a more interesting post tomorrow. Have a great day!
