Painful Painting Part 2...

Well, I didn't go up to school today but man, my shoulders are killing me from painting yesterday. I didn't think it would be that bad, but they are sore.

I decided not to go to school because I had a horrible nightmare last night and didn't get a good night's sleep. Besides, I work tonight at Hallmark (my summer part time job) and on days like this, trying to get to school and then work afterwards is just too busy. I am planning on working at Hallmark even when school get back in session. I told them I would work Saturday morning shifts. I figure that since my boyfriend works nights and is sleeping in the morning and through the day, I may as well make a little extra money :) I plan to work every Saturday, but my manager said that it was okay if I brought it down to every other Saturday. I think it will be easier to handle than it was last year because it will be my 2nd year and not my 1st.

So, I have been on a spending freeze the past couple weeks, with the only things I have been paying for is food and bills. This is going well, except that my sister over at Create Everday is now a Memory Works consultant. I looked through the catalog and I could easily spend so much money buying from this company. They sell things that you would find at places like Archiver's or your local scrapbook store and their prices are competitive with those places as well. My sister told me about how to become a consultant, and it is something I may look into doing once I get the money thing squared around. I am on track right now and if I get a little extra saved up in August, it may be what I spend it on :)

Well, not much else going on. I work tonight and tomorrow night and then hopefully Friday will be my last day of painting furniture (then it is onto cabinets and woodwork). I think that tomorrow I am going to go through some of the stuff in my bathroom and closet and do some purging. A good "stuff" purge always makes me feel better!

I hope you are enjoying your slice!
